With heavy hearts, the Kreifels family and everyone at ACTION Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electrical mourn the passing of our founder and patriarch, James (Jim) J. Kreifels.

In 1968, Jim started ACTION Plumbing from his garage. With seven children at home and a strong commitment to doing things the right way, he built a business grounded in honesty, fairness, respect, integrity, and exceptional customer service. These principles became the foundation of ACTION and remain at the heart of everything we do today.

Jim’s life was defined by devotion to his family and community and the values he lived by daily. He and his wife Pat, married in 1957, raised seven children and watched their family grow to include 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Jim’s legacy lives on through them—and through the work we continue at ACTION 57 years after he opened the doors.
