Terry Kreifels is the Chairman of the Board at ACTION, bringing an impressive 43 years of plumbing experience. He is now responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategies and helping secure the stability of the company.Terry has held many positions in PHCC organizations, including at the national, state, and local levels. He spends his free time golfing, hunting, and fishing, but his greatest joy is watching his grandchildren grow. 

Doug Kreifels

CEO

Doug Kreifels, the CEO at ACTION, champions over 45 years of industry experience. His accomplished career is highlighted by being named President of the Lincoln Heating Association five times. Additionally, Doug has dedicated 20 years to the SCC Advisory Board, providing valuable guidance.Away from work, Doug enjoys golfing, classic cars, and traveling to explore new places. Above all, he cherishes quality time with his grandchildren. 

Justin Kreifels

President

Justin Kreifels is the President of ACTION, bringing 20 years of industry experience. His leadership has included serving as the former local and state President of PHCC, as well as the Chairman of the Workforce Leadership Team for the Plumbing Program at SCC.Away from work, Justin enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also spends much of his time chasing around his three children. 

Jordan Kreifels

Vice President

Jordan Kreifels, Vice President of ACTION, has over 18 years of industry experience. His expertise in HVAC provides valuable guidance for customers and ACTION’s internal team.Jordan appreciates live music and connecting with new individuals while actively engaging in community networking. His most fulfilling moments come from being a devoted husband and father, as well as coaching his children's sports teams.

Joel Fenton

President of Electrical

Joel Fenton is the President of Electrical at ACTION. He leads a team of skilled electricians, overseeing operations and driving the company's growth and success.With over 26 years of experience in the field, Joel has honed his expertise as a Master Electrician. Throughout his career, he has tackled a wide range of electrical projects, from residential installations to complex commercial and industrial endeavors.

Nate is a Controller within the Accounting Department at ACTION. With over 20 years of experience, he plays an essential part in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring fiscal responsibility.When he's not crunching numbers, Nate enjoys traveling and spending time on the golf course. Above all, Nate enjoys watching and supporting his kids during their sporting events.

Julie P is the Director of HR at ACTION, bringing 35 years of valuable experience to her role. She plays a crucial part in overseeing the company's human resources functions and supporting the ACTION team.Outside of work, Julie is an avid Husker volleyball fan and cherishes spending quality time with her grandson. She also enjoys unwinding with a good book or working on sewing projects.

Dylan is the Manager of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in the HVAC Service department, bringing 10 years of experience to the role. His specialty lies in indoor air quality and HVAC construction, where he oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring optimal air quality and ventilation systems.Prior to leading the IAQ department, Dylan spent 10 years working in the construction industry, laying a solid foundation for his current position. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, hiking, and attending car shows.

He has a particular interest in 4-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and dirt bikes.

Josh is the HVAC Residential Project Manager with 23 years of experience in the industry. His specialty lies in designing, installing, and servicing HVAC equipment, where he uses his expertise to provide top-notch service to clients.Josh is especially knowledgeable in all types of systems, including geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, and  infloor heating and cooling systems. In his free time, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping. He also enjoys coaching his kids’ football and baseball teams.

He enjoys firing up the grill and spending time relaxing by the pool.

She also grew up racing go-karts and has a love for racing.
